I currently use OneNote for BuJo but am always interested in other tools. So I'm wondering where and how do you handle things that aren't tasks? Specifically I'm thinking about notes and/or events.

As I said I'm using OneNote and use .. for tasks, O for events, and -- for notes.

Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for sharing! Are there ahy other BuJo things you can so in To Do? I get the task logging and management. I wonder what else can it so. I love BuJo but can’t carry a notebook and keen on moving towards a digital version. Cheers

Hi Mariano. One of the BuJo'ish things I do is the use of hastags. For example, I use "#BLOG" for each to do that is about writing a blog. That way, I can use the built-in search using the hashtag - works great. I also use the date and reminder feature heavily to nudge and "recategorize" inferring labels like "Now" or "Later"; To Do has a nice default "Planned" view for any to do with a date associated to it; helps foresee things. Checking off a subtask strikes the words, and denotes the progress, while "removing" from view. And last, each task has a notes section that I use "-" (dash) to help visually separate each phrase or sentence in the notes. - Mark

That's so insightful! thank you, haven't thought of hashtags, really good tips Mark! I am moving towards a digitial life organization type, although I still get my best from handwriting (need a digital pen, i know) and had a million post it or scrap paper lying around. and the combination To-Do and Planner and then Teams binding it all together is really doing the trick. Ah and let's not forget OneNote to complement for those longer and material rich topics!
