Generally, the support for hearing aids on the iPhone is great; I do most of my calls through my hearing aids. I get Bluetooth, but in this case, I'm behind the curve.

They have a certification program for hearing aids called Made for iPhone (MFi). Mine are a bit older, so they don't have that.
